Spring Break will soon be upon us! With it, comes a chance to reset after this cold and rainy winter quarter and mentally prepare for spring. How will you use this down time to rest and recharge? If you haven't thought about it, we have a whole bucket list for you!

Bucket list 1: Let’s go to the beach (and take a nap)!
Southern California is known for its fantastic beaches and warm weather. As soon as the rain stops, grab your sunscreen and drive to the beaches with your friends (or dogs - I have three!). Some of my personal favorites are listed below:
Laguna Beach
Huntington Dog Beach
Coronado Beach
Bucket list 2: Grab your snow gears and hit the slope!

One of the perks of having raining days is the powdery snow afterwards, and living in SoCal means you are only hours away from the mountains. Here are some resorts for you to try skiing or snowboarding:
Mountain High Resort
Big Bear Mountain
Bucket list 3: Be where the flowers are!
If you are in the mood to catch some wildflowers, this spring break is a perfect time to pack some snacks and drive up to Chino Hills State Park or the Carlsbad Flower Field. The ample rain from the last couple of month nurtured thousands of flowers!
Chino Hills State Park
Carlsbad Flower Field
Bucket list 4: Netflix and chill!
Spring break is also a perfect time to catch up on some rest and watch all the shows you didn’t get a chance to watch during the quarter. If you have not checked The Last of Us, GradSuccess team members (mostly Kristoffer and Judy) highly recommend it.

This preceding list simply scratches the surface of what is available for you to do recharge this spring break. The GradSuccess team wants you to have a safe and fun break, and we can’t wait to see you back in April!
