Supporting Graduate Students' Academic and Professional Success
As the Spring quarter begins, GradQuant offers an exciting lineup of programs. For UCR graduate students and postdocs, GradQuant is a valuable resource for data analysis. If you're unfamiliar with GradQuant, here's a brief introduction to our staff and programming.
GradQuant Consultants
At the core of GradQuant programming is our team of consultants. GradQuant consultants are advanced graduate students with expertise in a wide range of applied statistics and programming specialties. Visit our staff webpage and meet our consultants!
If you want to join our team of GradQuant consultants, look for our hiring announcement on our website, follow us on social media through GradSuccess (Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), and Instagram), and subscribe to the GradQuant Newsletter. We value the GradQuant consultants' expertise, but more importantly, we value their enthusiasm in helping their fellow graduate students with their research data needs.

One-on-One Consultations
There’s more! GradQuant consultants also consult! You can make 20 or 50-minute appointments to get help tackling your statistics and programming challenges. While our consultants may be able to enlighten you on the meaning of life, we ask them to keep the discussions focused on your research's statistical and programming needs. Make your appointment online at ucr.mywconline.com.
Drop-In Hours and Hacky Hours
GradQuant also has drop-in hours for your at-the-moment needs. No appointment is necessary, so check our drop-in times on our website, where you can also find the link that connects you to Da, our GradQuant Lead Consultant. Drop-in hours in the Spring are Tuesdays, 1pm to 3pm, from now until June 4th.
If you can’t make the Drop-In Hours, try jumping into one of this quarter’s Hacky Hours. Kat Koziar, data librarian with the UCR Library, and Da are available Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm. The link to the Hacky Hours sessions is also on our website.
